Privacy at Rudy's Mexican Restaurant
This website is a set of static pages with no accounts, no analytics and no cookies of its own. Here is exactly what happens when you use it.
No accounts, no analytics, no cookies
Rudy's Mexican Restaurant does not run a customer login, a member area or a shopping cart on this website. There is nothing to sign up for in order to read the menu, check our hours or find directions.
This site sets no cookies of its own. It carries no analytics service, no advertising script and no tracking pixel, and the pages themselves are plain HTML and CSS files that your browser reads directly from the web server. Nothing about your visit is collected by Rudy's through these pages.
The only script on the site is a small local file (assets/js/site.js) that opens the photo windows and composes the e-mail messages described below. It runs entirely in your own browser and sends nothing anywhere.
What the contact form and mailing list actually do
The contact form and the mailing-list sign-up box on this site do not send anything to a server, and nothing you type is stored on this website.
Instead, both forms compose an e-mail in your own mail program. When you submit the form, your e-mail application opens with a message already addressed to Rudy's, and you decide whether to send it. That message then travels through your own e-mail provider, so the information in it is handled by that provider under its own privacy terms — not by this website.

Links that leave this website
Some links on these pages lead to services we do not run. A Google Maps link, for example, opens an outside map service in a new window, and a phone link opens your own phone or messaging app. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's service, and that company's own privacy terms and cookies apply.
Rudy's does not control those services and does not receive any information about what you look at there. If you would rather not open them, every address and phone number on this site is written out in full on the page, so you can copy it into whatever you already use.

The mailing list is only for Rudy's specials and events. If you have asked us to add you and would like to be removed, tell us and we will take your address off the list:
